One of my fav game characters, the vampiress from Sacred.
I used as a reference a pic of medieval Lady Death and changed it a bit. Love how the eye of the horse came out.

The Vampiress is not in Sacred 2 :(. It's clear they want to do an add-on with new chars (I guesss) and add-on add-on then new game and add-on... make money you know the deal hehe.

By the way I've got a big collection of Lady Death comics and much more *lol*.
